A dynamic young drug development company located in Bergen County New Jersey seeks home-office-based Clinical Research Associates to support expanding clinical trial activities in the growing CNS project portfolio.
We currently have opportunities ranging from Associate to Senior CRA. Qualified candidates for the Associate position must have entry level experience in clinical trials or monitoring and a bachelors degree or equivalent in BSN, Psych, Medical Records Administration or closely related scientific field. Successful applicant will assist with the development, execution and analysis of clinical research trials. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: monitoring of study sites, interfacing with investigators and contractors, managing study documentation and patient data, and assisting with the preparation of various clinical research documents.
The Senior CRA position will have an advanced degrees (or equivalent industry experience) plus 3 yrs relevant experience and will be responsible for overseeing company and/or contracted field monitoring operations, assisting with the design of CRFs, writing protocols, and interfacing with data management and project managers. Strong administration, communication, and organizational skills are required. Knowledge of or previous experience in CNS a big plus, but not required.
